Our Warranty:

Read below to know about our warranty that through A-Protect with the top per/claim amount of $2500.

Engine Warranty Coverage:

Engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons and piston rings, wrist pins, cylinder head(s), camshaft and bearings, valve, valve lifters, valve springs and retainers, pushrods, guides, intake and exhaust valves, rocker arm assemblies, sprockets, timing chain and guides, timing chain tensioner, balance shift and oil pump.

Transmission Warranty Coverage:

Automatic Transmission (internal damage only): Transmission case, accumulator, bands, band apply servo, bearings, clutch packs, fluid pump, parking pawl, gear sets, torque converter, input shaft, output shaft, countershaft, and valve body. Manual Transmission (internal damage only): Transmission housing, bearings, input shaft, countershaft, output shaft, synchro assemblies, gear sets, selector shaft, shifter forks. Dual Clutch Transmission (internal damage only): Transmission housing, bearings, input shaft, countershaft, output shaft, synchro assemblies, gear sets, selector shaft, shifter forks. For all transmission types - Exclusions: Manual clutch components, external linkages, flexplate and flywheels.

Differential Warranty Coverage:

Front Wheel Drive Vehicles (FWD): Housing, bearings, crown and pinion. Rear Wheel Drive Vehicles (RWD): Housing, carrier gear and case, driver pinion and pinion gear, ring gear, differential cover, differential mounts and bearings.

Turbo/Supercharger Warranty Coverage:

Turbocharger/supercharger assembly/housing, internal bearings, turbine wheels, turbine housing, wastegate actuator, wastegate linkage, intercooler, mechanical pressure release valve, diverter valve.

Air Conditioning Warranty Coverage:

A/C compressor, compressor clutch assembly, A/C condenser, evaporator core, receiver/dryer, A/C seals and gaskets (within covered components). Exclusions: Freon and recharge.

Brakes Warranty Coverage:

Brake calipers, brake vacuum booster, brake master cylinder, brake flex hoses, hydraulic steel lines and fittings, proportioning valve, wheel cylinders.

Cooling System Warranty Coverage:

Auxiliary water pump, coolant reservoir (overflow/compression tank), radiator cooling fan (electric/mechanical), cooling fan clutch (mechanical), heater core, heater control valve, radiator, water pump.

Electrical Warranty Coverage:

Starter motor and solenoid, alternator and voltage regulator, windshield wiper motors, washer pump, blower motor.

Front Suspension Warranty Coverage:

Control arms (upper and lower), control arm bushings, ball joints (upper and lower), steering knuckles.

Fuel System Warranty Coverage:

Fuel gauge sender (sending unit), fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel tank, direct injection fuel pump, fuel rails.

Power Steering Warranty Coverage:

Power steering pump, power steering rack and pinion, power steering box, electric steering assist motor, seals and gaskets within covered components.

Seals & Gaskets Warranty Coverage:

All those used to contain necessary fluids and lubricants within the covered parts under Powertrain coverage - Camshaft seals, crankshaft seal (front and rear) , cylinder head gasket, oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket, valve cover gasket, valve guide seals, transmission/transaxle seals and gaskets, transfer case seals and gaskets, differential seals and gaskets. Exclusions: "Seeping" or "sweating" is not covered as this is considered normal and acceptable.

Supplementary Parts Warranty Coverage:

Water pump, motor mounts, oil pan, oil pressure sending unit, harmonic balancer, intake and exhaust manifold, axle shafts, cv joints and boots, timing cover, temperature gauge sending unit, dipstick and tube, flex plate, flywheel, drive shafts & universal joints, hanger bearings, mechanical throttle body, transfer case mounts.

Wear & Tear Warranty Coverage:

Worn out parts within covered parts of the Powertrain. Exclusions: Rust/Corrosion.

Roadside Coverage:

For the registered vehicle, the warranty company will reimburse the Customer for roadside assistance charges incurred up to $75.00 (CAD) per occurrence. Roadside Coverage includes three (3) service calls within the warranty coverage term and limited to one (1) service call within a twenty-four (24) hour period. The maximum reimbursement under this agreement is $225.00 (CAD) and is not valid upon the Termination of the warranty. Roadside reimbursements will be eligible for the following services: towing, fuel delivery (excluding the cost of fuel), battery boost, lockout services (excluding locksmith costs), tire change (includes flat tire change with vehicle spare) and winching service(s). Valid receipts including a proof of payment must be provided to A-Protect within fourteen (14) days of the occurrence in order to be eligible for reimbursement and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the warranty.

Trip Interruption:

The warranty company will reimburse the Customer for lodging, meals, bus, taxi up to the maximum of $150 per claim, according to the term of the warranty. If the authorized repair facility is unable to provide same-day service and is further away than 200 km (one way) from the Customer's home. Valid receipts must be provided within 7 days of the occurrence to be eligible for reimbursement.
